We are seeking a Senior Video Games Lawyer with around 6 years + PQE.  This is a unique opportunity to play a role in building the Games practice and to work with, and be supported by, our talented teams across the firm. We are seeking a 2 – 4 PQE Corporate Associate with solid experience of private company corporate transactions, including taking responsibility for key elements of M&A transactions and advising on equity investments / shareholder agreements.  Candidates will have received high quality training at a reputable firm and will be keen to continue learning and developing.

You will bring a proactive, commercially minded approach to the team, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.  A genuine interest in working with clients in the creative, media or technology sectors would be desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a collaborative team, demonstrates sound judgment and takes ownership of their work.  You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, develop client relationships, and expand your expertise in a supportive environment that values both initiative and ongoing professional development.
