Georgina Hellawell - Paralegal, Immigration

Georgina is a Paralegal in our Immigration department where she advises across the creative industries on both business and personal immigration matters.

With over six years experience in UK immigration law, Georgina has worked extensively across a broad range of applications and visa routes including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, UK Ancestry, family-based routes, as well as Settlement and Naturalisation. Her previous role at a City law firm has meant she has a particular focus on supporting businesses with immigration strategy and ensuring compliance with UK sponsor obligations and right-to-work requirements.

Georgina studied Law at Nottingham Trent University and is currently working towards qualification via SQE, having recently passed SQE1.

Outside of work, Georgina enjoys cooking and fitness, she completed her first HYROX competition in Belgium in March 2025.
