Today we welcomed around 40 people looking to sell their businesses at our first dedicated half-day in-person Tech M&A event at Lee & Thompson.

This “London Live: Selling Up Selling Out” conference, organised with M&A services firm Corum Group, covered the heart of how to sell a business. Attendees from across the tech sector were presented with a range of first-hand insights from former CEOs and market experts. The sessions spanned a range of topics, from the new world of buyers, deal structure fundamentals and due diligence landmines, to pricing, tax and integration optimisation.

Drawing from our experience in advising clients across digital platforms, adtech, martech and enterprise technology, L&T partners Andy Moseby and Nick Swimer were on hand to explain how Lee & Thompson can handle the full transaction lifecycle (acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, MBOs and investor arrangements), backed by deep capabilities in IP, commercial contracts, employment and corporate structuring.
